ABSA Atm *****s money at Engine Garage Sunset Beach, Milnerton Cape Town

Absa Atm ****** me from my cash. I made a withdrawal a few days ago of R4000, received a SMS R4000 deducted from my account, as I collected my card and my hand reached for the cash deposit, wow - it goes right back into the Atm. It has been almost 5 days and no feedback. Please be aware people. The Atm Engine Garage at Sunset Beach, Milnerton Cape Town is a huge problem. You better hope you have enough money or backup money available. This Atm *****s money from you. Stay away from ABSA arm's. I don't understand how this procedures works. They filled the atms all the time. Cash in cash out. Surely the cash delivery people should be able to have it balance out and saw that there was R4000 surplus. Something is cooking and it take them 5day and apparently I have to wait 30 days for an investigation and I am told by their call center it may take even longer and might not get my money back. BE WARNED PEOPLE. ABSA is working with your money and you are bound to not even get it back so say the call center this being subject to the investigation proofing something else. I called the manager, my wife in the car with baby to witness this. The garage has cameras so they can recall everything that night around 8:45 pm to recall the incident.
