ABSA ATM - stay away as international tourist !!!!

International tourists stay away from ABSA ATMS!

More than 1 year ago I tried to withdraw money with ABSA ATM in George SA. No money, but 4000ZAR + fees were deducted from my CC. I experienced the worst customer service ever. No success no refund of my money. After 1 year I came back to SA and tried to get help in person. The Gardenroute Customer Service and Hosting Manager Mrs. Liz Van Wyk finally sent an email - wording ‚We found your money and will refund you‘. I have submitted all my details to her, NOTHING happened. This is 4 weeks ago. No response-no money. Just silence. Enough is enough. 13 months of non responding and investigating, I am still waiting for my money.

The only mistake I did was to chose ABSA ATM and not CAPITEC.

Please contact me and refund immediately! Next step Ombudsmann.
