ABSA ATM RETAINS PENSIONER BANK CARD

<p>My gran went to withdraw cash from her One Plan card- put in her PIN, chose "withdraw cash" option and then the machine napped shut and told her the card was being retained! We went inside to customer services to be greated by the RUDEST woman who bluntly told us that the card would be destryed and that we would have to apply for a replacement- when we tried to tell her that my gran needed to retrieve her pension fund, we were told that the ATM might read "ABSA" but that it does not belong to the bank and that its not their problem! I am outraged by the lack of help and common courtesy at ABSA!</p>
