Absa ATM problem with *****ing money

I went to the shell garage to draw cash at the Absa atm. I put my card in and did everything, and then the machine gave me an error code 70 and then error code 68. I tried drawing R150, the machine did not give me any money but it still took it off my account. I bank with FNB and I have an SMS from them saying I drew R150 from that atm when in fact it did not give me any cash at all. Absa should keep their machines serviced, you can't go around *****ing peoples cash like that. I am stuck in a bad situation because of your stupid machine. So how do I get my cash back????? All proof will be on the cctv footage.
