ABSA ATM PLAZA CALTEX GARAGE SHORT PAYS
ABSa Atm has short paid my withdrawal at Phoenix plaza caltex garage, I withdrew R1900 to count it and find out the I was paid Short by the ATM, it seems those that are loading are probably swooping notes, it's very disappointing especially when every cent counts.
