ABSA ATM never gave me my R200 withdrawel now i must wait 30 days??
i went to Sasol Delmas. I put my capitec card in the atm machine (an absa machine) - i drew R200 and it never came out of the atm machine. The Absa atm is at: Sasol Delmas *** 3 Samuel Rd, Delmas, 2210. Now i must wait 30 days for feedback when i have no money now because of there failed atm???? it never bounced back either into my account it hasnt been returned. Transaction time: 17:54pm was the time and the date was 21st June. R200.00. Surely this should be returned immediately?

I did. Why must we wait 30 days?
Capitec did contact Absa. And then on the phone Capitec said: "Thank you for holding, I have sent a request and it takes 30 days to get feedback from Absa. Your incident number is ***5." so why must I wait a month if it's your fault?
