ABSA ATM ISSUE

I did a cash send to myself on the 12th Noc,i went to ATM 10950 to try withdraw the amount of R450,i got an error "transaction not allowed". When i contacted the call centre i was advised that the amount was retrieved on ATM 10951.I logged a CCP and i was advised that their system shows that the amount was withdrawn. I requested footage of the ATM but to this day i have been getting excuses. I've been told that Loui is handling the query,but still no feeback till today. My CCP case # ********** . Today I contacted Resolve call Centre and I spoke to Jabu Shandu who advised me that the case has been closed. I still haven't received my money.

I am so dissapointed in ABSA.
