ABSA ATM Deposits

I am highly disappointed in ABSA and their ATM deposits, I go often to deposit cash casue i am a tattoo artist and deal with cash on a day to day basis and 4 out of 5 times I go the ATM deposits are not working . I went into the bank to day to ask why they cannot put a sign up to at least to tell their clients that this function is not available, because I now stand in a cue just to get to the ATM to find out its not working and at this point I have now wasted my time and I could have been standing in the cue inside the bank for deposits but no according to the lady at the counter they may not put a sign up on the ATMs to warn people. I left FNB for this very reason and now I have the same issue with ABSA. If their system does not work then dont offer it because all they are doing is upsetting their clients and wasting peoples time. Like i understand the ATM deposits are there to help people who are only depositing small amounts quicker but if it only works once out of every five times then FIX it or LOSE it!
