ABSA ATM deposit retained my money

<p>on the 27 June 2017 I deposited 3600 at the ATM in fourways. ATM gave me a slip that my money has been retained by the ATM i must go to the branch. I went to ABSA branch in braamfontien on the 27 June opened a case the case number is ********** . I have been waiting I have not yet recieve the money. Saturday I went to fourways ABSA branch for follow up they said on the ATM I used they have 2500 not 3600 they will investigate more. I have been calling ABSA branch fourways and ABSA braamfontein no luck. ABSA has the worse service on planet earth I need my money now. It more than a week now I can not wait longer.</p>
