Absa ATM Chili Lane Rivonia
<p>I tried to withdraw money using the cashsend option at Atm Chili Lane Rivonia on sunday afternoon, 04 December 2016. The ATM only released some of the notes and it retained the other as it was stuck in the machine. This was so frustrating to say the least as I have tried to contact your call centre today and have been on hold forever. Somebody get back to me with regards to this issue.</p>
Gosh this is proving to be so complex. Now i have to call around when your ATM is at fault:( I have been giving you my contact details and nobody has bothered to contact me.

On going report with regards to this complaint. I called the number provided by yourself ********** 141. I spoke to Ndumiso who was helpful. Two things that i am not happy with, the money is only going to be refunded in 3 - 5 working days, I do not understand as to why i have to wait when it was your machine that was faulty. Now I have to be inconvenienced even further to wait for a few days. Another thing is, your atm is reporting that i did not take the money, heck, if it allowed me to do it, i would have done it and save me all this headache. In all this, none of you have even given a courtesy but i have to call around with your atm mistake. I now remember, why as to why did i leave the institution and this have proven that i am NEVER coming back. if anyone cares, my reference number is ********** .
