Absa at springs mall

I went to absa springs mall first I asked the lady at customer service to tell me where I can find out it the account belongs to the place I need to pay there are so many ****s so one wants to make sure you pay the right people so she told me they can't do that so I asked her ok where can I make a payment she told me they don't have tellers I asked her ok so how do you make a cash payment she told me at the outside or in the middle of the bank there are a machine to make a payment I asked for help because it's My first time using that method she told me she doesn't have the time to help me and showed me the way to the inside payment method so I went inside and I struggled a bit there was a button that stated if you need help please press so I pressed the button she came in and asked now what's the problem I told her and she clicked her tongue and said ok give it to me so the machine said the same thing to her and she said phone the people and asked them how to do it I will never ever use absa at springs mall just because I didn't know how to make a payment on the machine that doesn't mean the lady needs to be that rude
