Absa at it again with their hidden charges

I thought this Ultimate banking was so awesome, but lately absa has been charging for sms notifications. First they state R0 charges and now 2 months in a row I've noticed first a R9 (5 March) charge and now a R10.80 (the 18th of March) charge over and above the R115 now being the monthly charges for the account. Absa is truely one of the most expensive banks related to charges it is just worrying all the sudden hidden charges being added. I understand the R9.50 fee monthly for the overseas Compassion amount of R380 debit order, but we have never been charged for sms notifications and surely not R9 or R10!! This is absurd!This sms fees only started since this month. Can Absa please explain and please refund should this be a gross error
