Absa at it again
<p>I recently change my debit order from the 15th of each month to the 28th and Absa Life have double debited</p> <p>my account. When i called them they say the system works this way and that i can't get refunded. The consultant i spoke agreed that it is wrong, but there is nothing he can do to help. How can you pay twice in a month for life cover</p>

I got your email address from Mrs. R. Raghubar.
I had confirmed with her about her policy’s premium is paid in advance. A debit on the 15th of May was for June, and on 28th May is for July.
The next premium will be debited on the 28th of June which is for August.
The debit order for the 28th of each month is in accordance with your instructions.
I hope I was able to address your issue and you understand the reason for 2 debits in May.
