ABSA AT IT

<p>How long does it takwe fo ryou guys to give me a paid up letter for my accounts.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have sent through an email on Monday to the Action@absa email address as well, and nothing.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have paid up my ABSA gold credit card last wednesday and to date no paid up letter from your debt review department.</p> <p> </p> <p>I had called the call centre yesterday and the guy mentioned that it would take 5 days to send me a letter. This account was paid up last week, the money has already reflected in your account, but it takes you 5 days to send me a letter. This consultant was also extremely rude and unhelpful. I was on hold was such a long time before I had eventually hung up.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please just send me a paid up letter</p>
