ABSA Asset & vehicle finance can't work out the correct instalment amount on statement

ABSA asset & vehicle finance has been unable to sort out my billing issues since July 2021. 4 months to get it right and still a mess. Statements are a mess, showing wrong instalments amounts, wrong term of payments, showing an advance where there should not be an advance. I have been phoning numerous times. I have sent emails, my requests have been escalated and still to joy. Finance department of a financial institution should not be this ***********!
