ABSA ask me to google a branch code?

What a mess?! ABSA? Why does your consultants ask me to google a branch code for you in Phalaborwa, when you have only got 1 branch in Phalaborwa? Arnt you suppose to have your own branch code on system?

How on earth, does a bank ask me to google their branch code, as they know it them self?
