ABSA - Arme Bank Sukkel Alweer

I ordered a replacement card from ABSA about 6 weeks ago...

I am still waiting for it to be delivered and when I contact their call centre, I get advised that the supervisor will phone me.. Which never happens.

Guess its true ABSA stands for - Arme Bank Sukkel Alweer.
