ABSA Area Manager blocks customer email address

ABSA contacted me (today) and then when I reply I get the below:

ABSA GET YOUR HOUSE IN ORDER!!!!

I did not want to deal with ABSA, I requested my fathers estate to be moved from ABSA but a few days after my fathers death when i made the request, an ABSA employee laughed, yes, laughed, with me not even burying my father yet, in my face and said never, as the Estate has too much equity. (As @Rob pointed out below: THEY LACK A HUMAN FACTOR. THEY'RE NOT HUMANS THEY ARE ROBBOTS PROGRAMED ONLY FOR PROFIT MAKING.)

I DID NOT WANT TO BE "CLIENT" of ABSA's but YOU (ABSA) forced me and gave me no choice!!!!

This is going on for a 18 months. My fathers will had three bequests. 1) a specified amount to a legatee, 2) remainder of cash to myself 3) everything else to a third person.

How complicated can this be!!!!! Even a non-legal person can see how simple this is I'm sure.

ABSA allowed an unverified, unnotarised s**** of paper that predated the Will by a month to take precedence over the Will ABSA themselves drew up. The will starts with revoking all other wills and codicils. SO FROM MY LIMITED LEGAL KNOWLEDGE - the only legitimate paper to disperse my fathers assests should be the document (the will) created by ABSA!!!!

Please I beg anyone reading this who has their Will with ABSA please for the sake of those left behind, do not make ABSA the Executors!!!!!

The one positive is that I managed to convince my mother to take her Will away from ABSA so that I do not have to go through this again!!!!
