ABSA are you that desperate for money?

Every other bank I transfer money into from my bank account, I am able to do an instantaneous transfer, whereby the money will reflect in the other bank account or card within 10 minutes. ABSA or Woolworths Financial Card, which is basically an ABSA card, will only credit your account 48 hours later. Their customer care also stated that even if put cash into the card at the ATM, it would take 24 fours to reflect. I have never come across such incompetence or is it desperation because they need the money so badly?
