ABSA ARE THE WORST BANK IN SA!

Absa are the worst, most *********** bank in the country! Recently they changed their system to where they no long send your OTP's via sms, they send them through the phone app. And it doens't work 90% of the time. I've tried transferring money to friends/family. The error I get is "Unknown Error"! They don't even know whats wrong with their app. I complained via email and the response I got was that I should try switching my phone off and then on again! I asked for a manager to call me back as I wanted the charges for every unsuccessful internet banking to be reversed on my account and I'm still waiting for about a month for them to call me back. I honestly think you'd get better customer service from a government organization at this point. I can't wait until I can move all my banking over to my FNB account and be done with these idiots for good. Save yourself the headache and stress, DON'T BANK WITH ABSA!
