ABSA are the Biggest ****** in our country SHAME ON YOU

I have had a absa maxicare policy for over 17 years I have insured all my appliances. My last claim after a fight huge fight with then was in February 2021. I contacted absa maxicare today because two.of my appliances my indesut oven and my sonotec tv need . Repairs. I.was told that because I have not updated my details my policy has ended. What stupid and *********** people.work.for absa when they are using and email of mine that has not been used in ten years is the email that I have been.using and because I.have not updated my details my policy ened on 30 of June. What *********** is this and what stupid logic is this when I claimed the repairs to.my washing machine in February 2022. I laugh at this logic and I am infuriated that absa who is such a big banking institution is so ***********. One wonders that in these dire circumstances that our country is facing now absa wants to run away from its responsibility. The law states that a policy cannot be cancelled with out notifying its customer about about the termination of a policy.
