Shocking customer service and excessive banking charges. I mean I sent a R3500 cash send and got charge almost R80 compare this with only R11 with Nedbank or R10 with Capitec. It's daylight *******! I wouldn't recommend them if they were the only bank left. Rather put your money under the mattress is what I'd say....
