ABSA Appointed Law Firm Harassing me.

On the scheduled day, I couldn't make the payment and requested an extension until the end of jan 2024. However, the collection agency, Strauss & Daly, is continuously calling me. I've even reached out to them via WhatsApp, but they haven't responded. I feel harassed by their persistent actions, and it's perplexing to me that ABSA would associate with such individuals.
