Absa App payment beneficiary deleted

Today I wanted to make a payment,login as usually and i press payment and i found out all my beneficiaries are gone.I didn't delete them my self and It is not the first time,and I have been working hard to keep my portfolio good because the last time when i went to the bank even my banking status have been downgraded.If this thing is continuing like this I think I must consider building my profile on other bank
