ABSA APP NOT ALLOWING UIF PAYMENTS
Why does the ABSA App not allow me to make payments to the UIF. Despite the fact that I visited the branch (The Gove) and also spoke to internet banking whilst at the branch, the issue remains unresolved - even after following up with UIF that I indeed have the correct reference number. Multiple attempts at the branch with a consultant and still not success or resolution. Consultants confirmed that there are no similar issues with FNB or Capitec payments to UIF, mainly with ABSA. ABSA, surely you can do better?
