ABSA app lotto payouts

I recently starting using the ABSA app for playing Lotto. It is user friendly I must say, easy to navigate around.

However, ABSA doesn’t send an sms like they say they will when you have winning. They don’t make a payout according to what they put in terms and conditions . I called the call center and it seems the agents haven’t been trained properly because the one lady I spoke to said I should call Lotto, the other said they only pay out for R10 000 or less, but the ABSA T’s & C’s specifies that they make a pay out for an amount =<R49 999.99.

I am expecting an sms and payout for 4 numbers for the 18 December 2019 draw. Please assist as I have been transferred by every call center agent I spoke to, and they direct me to incorrect departments too.
