Absa App locked
Trying to log on to my absa app to make payments. It states account blocked due to unpaid fees.. I recieved no warning about the account being blocked. Now I must go to the branch and expose myself to possibly contracting covid19.
I am 38 weeks pregnant. I am really dissatisfied with this action.
