Absa App faulty and no one at Absa can help?

Absa App not functioning and no we né at Absa able to help. I have been trying to sort out a glitch, or faulty Absa App with many messages between myself and the banker, but I have been extremely proactive in my asking for help (over and over), and although they seem like they are having a conversation about it they are not coping with finding a solution. Being relatively new to Absa I am finding the experience shows me that Absa is not a great bank.
