ABSA - ANY SERVICE ???????????????????????????????????????
On 9/2/21 I tried to open an Unit trust account - emailed all documentation and received acknowledgement that instruction was received (C-***8).
No further feedback was received and I followed up by email 16/2/21 - No response from ABSA
I phoned on 18/2/21 and was promised that the matter will be investigated and an email will be sent to indicate status of application.....To date nothing was received....
