Absa , another issue, just giving my money away

Yet another issue with absa

Now they’ve got debt orders I’ve never approved taking 4 grand from my account and they can’t tell me what for.

Now they expect me to track down and chase this money. They won’t lift a finger on it.

What happened to approving debt orders. I have to do it for everything else, so what the hell am I having to do it for a random, unclear 4 grand debt order for nothing?
