Absa Annual bond payment reversal

I have a home loan with Absa, they have deducted in November an annual premium instead of a Monthly premium, without my consent, I have tried since then to get Absa to reverse this transaction, but even visiting multiple branches, they still have not rectified this, I don't know what to do anymore
