Absa Angry Customer
Today I called to request a settlement quote for my vehicle loan and to my surprise my account is at legal department. When I ask why? non of your consultants could give me a straight answer, all they do is keep on transferring me to other consultants. I have never missed a payment and I even have an advance amount on my account.
I need answers, WHY IS MY ACCOUNT AT LEGAL DEPARTMENT? Fix this nonsense of yours ASAP.
