ABSA - ********* and unprofessional conduct

I had a journal debit order put on my account without my knowledge or permission. When i contacted ABSA I was informed that the debit order was authorized by a third party who claimed that repeat attempts to contact me was unsuccessful. To date ABSA has failed to authentic this. They merely took the word of a third party and acted on their false claims. ABSA then contacted me via email, indicating that they will refund half the debited amount if I enter into an agreement with a third party debt collection company that I had no previous contract or dealings with. ABSA's policy and handling of such affairs was most *********, unprofessional and very disappointing. I can't comprehend how they can allow third party companies to handle affairs and mandate their clients accounts without collaboration of facts.
