ABSA and University of Johannesburg.

The finance dept is refusing to pay me my refund. They are telling me they need proof that I was paying my own fees and not being paid by sponsorship. Firstly when you apply you select who is responsible for your fees. Secondly when paying fees you submit the deposit slip to the finance dept. thirdly they tell me to try retrieve those same deposit slips from ABSA. ABSA requires that I remember when I made countless deposits in 2016 and the tellers who assisted me so they can help with the retrieval. ABSA is a bank that University of Johannesburg works with but now they are both not able to assist. I used my own airtime for 30 minutes busy being transferred throughout the university finance dept to tell them what they require of me ABSA can’t really assist.

Is it an issue for ABSA or UJ?

I WANT MY MONEY BACK i stipulated that my parents will be responsible for my fees in application forms.
