Absa and there attorney not updating my payments

I had a credit card with absa and was handed over and i then i paid all the money i owed in full but the company keeps on sending me messages than I didn’t pay and when i call they tell m its there system its not owk and they can not give me paid up letter until there system is working fine and also at absa they did receive the payment but no update is been made on ITC. I stay on red even thou i payed them.
