Absa - and then there was light!

After my previous review where our organisation didn't receive the expected service from Absa, we were put in touch with our banker, Tebogo Mayile. Contrast to the service we received from the previous banker, he is a shining star. Tebogo was extremely professional in assisting me with resolving our problems, very patient and very friendly. He immediately got the correct people involved and where we've been struggling to get the matter resolved for over 5 months, he sorted it out in two days. I will forever be grateful for his assistance and guidance. Thank you, Tebogo, and keep the light shining.
