Absa and their Norton Lambrianos are bullies

I had a credit card with ABSA. i defaulted on my payments, and the handed me over to Anders Attorneys. last year i made arrangement to pay it for 6 months. i did just that, keeping to my arrangement and i finished it in November. and since then i havent received a settlement letter from Anna at Anders Attorneys as per her promise. now here's my problem, ABSA has handed my account to another attorney called Norton Lambrianos and these people are threatening me with legal action. ive sent them emails telling them i paid the account and they must find out from Anders Attorneys but they dont want to hear any of it.

now what to do in this situation?
