Absa and their lawyer failed to send me statement that I requested showing the balance i am owing

I have a personal loan with absa and it was handed to lawyers , I called absa requesting for a debit order and was told that my account is handed over I only need to do the debit order with the lawyer, I called the lawyer and their phone keep on ringing then after fewer days the lawyer called requesting to do a debit order with them and I asked that before they do the debit order I need a statement showing how much I owe as I cannot pay without knowing the balance , they told me that it takes 30 days for them to get a statement from absa and I asked them to request for me ,even today I didnt get a statement from them and their buzy debiting on my account, my problem is absa never send me a letter telling me my account was handed to which lawyer and secondly with what balance, how do I know that this lawyer are genuine or its *****. I dont have a problem paying this bill, all I want is the statement from absa showing the balance that I am owing them and also they must state which lawyer they send me to, as my problem is you will be paying the lawyer and at the end they will tell you that they never receive money from the lawyer. I need a statement showing balance that I am owing them and also the name of the lawyer that they handed me over to.
