ABSA and their contractors not leaving up to their promises

It is with disappointment to report that Apple Floors has not delivered to their promise. Yesterday, the lifted the carpets and promised that the contractor to install times will be at my premises at 07:30. To my surprise the contractor only dropped of his two male staff members and left for the doctors. No tiles, job has been started as at this time, 29.04.2022, 11:06 a.m.. I have been communicating with Junior from Apple Floors. Only now he is telling me that they are buying tiles and the job will not be completed today. it will carry on until Sunday. Following documentation they gave me and per our telephone conversation yesterday, Junior promised me that the job will be done can completed today. Please ABSA can I get your intervention here because last night my furniture was left outside so that there is no delay of moving furniture outside today. I can every night leave my furniture outside like last night. I was taking a high risk with the promise that today, I will not have to do this.

The feedback received from you Nthabiseng via email does not make sense. Yesterday you said the job will be completed today. As at now, 12:36 pm, 29.04.2022 nothing has been started and you say I should give you some time. What more time do you need since 07:16 to now???

This issue is getting better as the day progresses. The driver has just delivered the wrong colour of the tiles so this is another delay on top of another. ABSA, please wake up and sort out this issue now!!!
