ABSA and SPREE missing funds

I've logged a dispute with ABSA regarding Spree taking off R2546.00 from Credit Card but have not heard anything back?? This is a lot of money that has just gone missing and nobody seems to be able to assist me, Spree says the money hasn't come through on their side and ABSA says they can see the money is gone but no idea where is has gone.
