Absa and Richards Attorneys poor service

<p>i've been receiveing endless annoying calls from Absa that i was owing my credit card, like a good citizen that I am i decided to pay it off on the 15 September 2016 and was told that I should be getting a paid up letter in 7 to 14 working days which has already lapsed. I called Richards Attorneys since they are handling my account on Tuesday 04 September and they said by Wednesday they will send it to me and give me a call because they have to request for it from Absa. To my surprise I never got a call and I had to be the one to call them again today to be met by their stinking attitude that if Absa hasn't sent the paid up letter there's nothing they can do. What bull**** is that? Is Absa running ********** activities when it doesn't want to provide proof that one has settled their wack credit card? When you sell your pathetic products you act like angels so we can buy into them, but once we owe or fall behind you are ruthless. I demand for my paid up letter as in NOW!!!!!</p>
