ABSA AND MY FATHER

<p>A complaint to ABSA regarding my father. I am not going to mention his name but if you make contact with me I know that you really made effort to the following situation.</p> <p>I feel that he is putting in a lot more than he is getting out. He comes home and works every night up until 20H00 and every weekend, Saturdays and Sundays for last 6 weeks. I understand that there are lots of other employees at all sort of companies in different industries that are in the same situation, but the point I am making is that for 12 years my father have been loyal to ABSA. He is a performance employee and I urge you to test me in this by looking at his performance stats and then ask yourself: Isn’t he worth more. He is superior in his line of work and he doesn’t receive promotion in fact he gets a 3% salary increase per year after everything that he puts in. He is sliding backwards by delivering excellence. This is wrong.</p> <p>Bryan Dyson the former CEO of Coca-Cola said in his 30 second speech that work is a rubber ball but family, health, friends and spirit are made of glass and if you drop them they will be nicked, damaged or even scattered.</p> <p>I don’t want to sound negative but it is deeply troubling me, because our family is paying the price and my father is losing himself.
