ABSA and Innovation Group - A DISAPPOINTMENT!!!

I just tried putting a claim on my Dents and Scratches cover, and have been advised that the claim cannot be processed as there needs to be within the waiting period.

From what I have read in the policy wording:

Commences 1 (one) month (waiting period) after receipt of your first successful debit.

The policy in question was taken on the 14 May 2021.

Where is customer centricity in all of this?
