Absa and Hotel Express international

I am very disappointed with ABSA Bank,, few weeks back i have been trying to get back my money that was ****** by Hotel Express international. I have been communicating with a lady by the name of Pamela in customer service who have been claiming that my money was refunded but till today I have not receive anything, She eventually gave me ********** saying i should ask to speak to Mariles who is very rude , I dont know why Absa have such individual she does not deserve to serve such a big brand like Absa she told me to speak to people who stole my money before I could explain she hanged up on me..............Absa is helping Hotel express to ***** our money
