Absa and debt rescue not refunding me. Waiting 2 months already.

These people are so useless and don't even know what is going on with their clients accounts. I have paid up all my accounts and since last year these people over paid an account that was paid in full through them but they kept paying them, still I cannot get my money back! Now according to the statements they sent me every month I over paid my vehicle fiance and am currently trying to get my money back since February but they keep saying they are waiting for absa and absa says they are waiting for them, they ignore emails and reply weeks later asking for documents again for the 1oth time. This is so frustrating cause absa has to go through them to give my money back but they are just not doing anything. They are just so useless!!!
