Absa and Cell C *****

Absa allowed a ********** CellC debit order go off my wife's cheque account twice in three months and having no overdraft how is that even possible??? Now her credit rating stands to be tarnished. How is it possible to allow debit orders to be approved without her consent? Having reported everything the previous time, including an affidavit helped nothing, two months later and the same thing happened again. Closing business with Absa seems to be the only option as other banks provide this kind of security.
