ABSA AN ABSOLUTE *******

I have joined ABSA bank since the end of April and have been registered for the ABSA rewards program and since then on the rewards program I have only been given back R11 yet I swipe my credit card on a regular basis. I would like this to be looked at.

The other issue is that I have been forced to register for the SMS notification that costs around 50c per text and that is because supposedly I do not own a relatively new cellphone in order for the app to send me the notifications. As a result of this I purchased a new phone and the issue is still there I do not receive the transaction notifications from the app. It costed be R54.00 last month that is because ABSA's app won't send you a notification.

I look forward to an urgent response as being on the premier package there is never a response on any query
