Absa allows ********* companies to ***** your money

My credit card was used without my authorisation as mentioned in my previous review. A large sum of money was deducted without an OTP request. Absa was most helpful in providing me with the companies email address and why the money was deducted. They also told me what I needed to say to the company. I did everything and got a short reply from the company stating that the subscription had been cancelled. Which I sent to Absa. The company then called me to tell me they would no longer deduct future money for the subscription but they would not refund me my money, as they have already shipped the product, even though I have not received the product and I did not want it in the first place. I sent their reply to Absa and Absa told me this was not good enough and that I needed to get a better response. Absa also wanted me to send the order confirmation and what I had ordered. Considering I got nothing from the company, only a deducted lump sum on my credit card, that I picked up by chance, there was no order confirmation and I have no idea what I have apparently ordered. Now Absa is stuck on the fact that I need to send a non-existent order confirmation before they can help me further. So what help are they really, or is it that the person on the other side cannot read English properly and thus is unable to help me properly? The company has ****** my money and this is **********. They have used false advertising to get my details and then used this information to deduct a large sum of money under the pretext that I have signed up for a monthly subscription. I expected Absa to be able to cancel this transaction and refund me my money but they have failed to do so because I need to send an order confirmation which does not exist as the company is ********* in their business dealings.
