ABSA allows debit order that I never approved!!!

They allow debit orders to be deducted when I logged a ***** case, clearly your Debi Check service is joke, I have been a customer with ABSA for almost 20 years, this is really unfortunate, I get auto responses and vague answers, making you feel exposed and unsure about what security means at ABSA!!
