Absa allowing unauthorized debit orders to make money from their ridiculous charges.

An unauthorized debit order of R95 went off my cheque account beginning of July and it bounced because I had not provided for it. I called and told them that I want to dispute the R150 charge ghat will result cause of this unauthorized debit then they told me to visit a branch to do so. I went to the branch in Menlyn to log my case, the lady at the branch said she would block the debit order and I had to call the call center ***** department to log a case and dispute the charge. The same unauthorized debit order that was supposedly blocked went off my account beginning of August along with another one for R97. I called the ***** department and they said that I should log it with general enquiries and general queries said I should visit the branch and a consultant should log it for me and follow up. I went to the Ladysmith branch and Noluthando Ndlovu called them and they said she should send an email. Bear in mind that she was reluctant to assist from the minute I told her my issue and said there was no ways absa would reimburse me for a charge that they charged me even though they are the ones who are supposed to protect my account. She sent me an email as feedback and didnt even bother to tell me what i should do with it because no one wants to take accountability for what i happening to my account. At this point they could be the one de*****ing us with these unauthorized debit orders in order to make money from the ridiculous charges that they charge. I want my money back that Absa charged me and if they can't protect my money, they can close the account cause *****sters have turned it into their playground. Does it make sense for them that I would allow a R95 debit order to bounce just so I can pay them R150? If they can't give me my money they can close their account. I will review them as much I possibly can until I get my money.
